REFUND POLICY

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time — no lock-in contracts. When you cancel, your subscription simply stops renewing and you will not be charged again.

Importantly, you will always receive every edition you have paid for. For example, if you have been charged for 2 months and then cancel, you will still receive 2 editions of Piano Post Mail Club through the post. Cancelling stops future payments, not deliveries already owed to you.

6 & 12 Month Memberships/Gift Subscriptions: Memberships are paid upfront and are non-refundable. The recipient will receive the full number of compositions included in the membership.

Change of Address: If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at pianopostmailclub@gmail.com before your next dispatch date. We cannot redirect parcels already in transit.
